darn popcorn shrapnel...

I decided to make myself some microwave popcorn today for a before dinner snack, but soon discovered I had made a very unwise decision. I had taken a well placed hit from a piece of popcorn shrapnel and no matter how hard I tried to dig it out with my tongue and fingernail, it wouldn't budge. I even tried brushing my teeth... didn't work. So I got out the tooth pick and began to gouge out chunks of my gum, and finally pulled the bloody piece out. aaaahhh... relief.
